House Natural Resources Chairman Doc Hastings (WA-4) 
Pt. Barrow, Alaska – House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Doc Hastings (R-WA) embarked on an Alaskan Energy Tour of the National Petroleum Reserve Alaska (NPR-A) yesterday, with Alaskan Governor Sean Parnell and Representative Don Young (R-AK).
